Council
When the world was younger, a court was a group of advisors to an emperor and/or empress. The idea was derived from an even earlier time, where hierarchy wasn’t the norm for organizing people yet.
Before hierarchy as we know it now, society was still made up of a collection of tribes, where each tribe had a council of elders with mixed genders which informed a leader or group of leaders. This was how the cycle of power was maintained.
But over the course of time, the conqueror slaughtered the elders in a bout of frustration and made a court to force the people to submit. A court as such, is an echo chamber for the will of the conqueror, which is still seen in the governments and legal systems of today.
The Council of the Dragons Tails is here to inform commanders of the present and future, rather than the conquerors of the past. It’s a team of mystics that determines and upholds the values of the people, as it’s made up by the people. It’s an evolution for organizing humanity in a global and decentralized way, where commanders from a diverse variety of tribes can come together to find how they can best provide for their people.
Why mystics rather than elders? Because in the time of tribes, the elderly were the wisest people and tribes honored those among them that received visions. In other words: the elderly often were mystics.
Nowadays, the life expectancy of the rich is significantly higher, but wisdom still only finds its way to those who listen to their heart. Age is no precursor for wisdom; integrated life experience is.
What determines who’s in the Council?
The council is made up of Dragons which are all equal to each other. We use the term, because Dragons soar the cosmic planes with impenetrable armor that protects their fierce heart. These are some of the requirements that you can expect a Dragon to embody:
They hold the interplay between oneness and division flawlessly.
They operate from their integrated self, after having fully healed their masculine, feminine, and child wounds.
They choose to resist and detach, rather than fight and destroy.
They choose to dream and love, rather than rush and react.
They are leaders and guides: showing the way through embodiment.
They are aware of their environment and act with clear intentions.
The path to becoming a dragon is a solitary one, but you can join the Dragons Tails community to interact with others on the path as you heal.
United we grow, solitary we stand.
What doesn’t the Council do?
We don’t pollute ecosystems; we harmonize with nature.
We don’t dictate people; we inter-act.
We don’t conquer; we influence.
We don’t create hierarchies; we grow communities.
What does the Council create?
Cyclical organizations
Systems designed with clear exit and re-entry paths
Creations that soothe and mend collective pain, while inspiring and bringing hope to those who have yet to grasp the power of the dark.
Creations that judge those who overstep their power, without blaming, shaming, or ridiculing them, while honoring the examples they provided.
Creations that highlight honorable behavior to maintain clarity across the collective.
Creations where we open our lives up to the scrutiny of the collective by sharing our own journeys to show our heart. Knowing that we will always remain a student to life.
Who does the Council consist out of?
Currently the Council just consists out of me: Mars.
